Booking Policy:

To encourage commitment to self and our rostered staff, we require all appointments to be paid at the time of booking. Due to software limitations, this currently excludes Day Spa Packages and Add-Ons when booked online, so we will reach out to you soon after booking to take payment. Health fund claimable services will only require a 20% deposit, and any difference after processing your private health fund card must be paid at the end of your appointment. Any applicable refund will be processed within 3 days. Our menu and pricing are subject to change. The price of your appointment will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you must change your schedule. However, your booking time has been allocated to you and no one else. Out of consideration for our rostered therapists and those clients who have missed out on a booking due to the allocated time slot being booked, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For group bookings (3 or more people) we require at least 5 days' notice to cancel or reschedule. Failing to provide the required notice will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment. The cancellation or no-show fee will be taken from your pre-payment or deposit, or if there is an outstanding change, the credit card or gift card on file for your account will be charged.

Massage Consent:

I understand that the massage I receive is for the primary purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. If I experience any pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform the therapist so that the pressure may be adjusted to my comfort level. I understand that massage should not be considered a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I understand that massage therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness and that nothing said in the course of the session given should be construed as such. Because massage should not be performed under certain medical conditions, I affirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly. I agree to keep the massage therapist updated on any changes in my medical profile during the session and understand that there shall be no liability on the massage therapist's part should I fail to do so. I understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by me will result in immediate termination of the session. I also understand that the Licensed Massage Therapist reserves the right to refuse to perform massage on anyone he/she deems to have a condition for which massage is contraindicated.
